I left INFI off because I know Dan wants to keep the price down and that would not be cost effective, on top of that getting Jerry talked into providing his brother with that much INFI would take a huge amount of booze and I fear Dan would not survive

I said SR-77 because we have an Infi AK, SR-101 Waki and now a SR-77 SYKCO.

I agree with K. Also with SR77's impact resistance I think it will be the best of the three. The question will be; differential or through?

Just going off my gut feeling, SR-77.

Saint you would think that an S-7 Scizzy would be th best in terms of impact resistance, SR-101 Waki in terms of edge retention. The Infi AK is a compromise of both those plus better oxidation resistance. That is assuming similar geometries.

Either one is fine with me, but my gut says... SR101.

Now here's the fly in the ointment. Jerry bought tons and tons of Carbon V (aka 0170-6 aka 50100-B) at the Camillus bankruptcy sale. Could this be the first Scrap Yard Carbon V blade?
That would be interesting. Carbon V is good stuff, can't imagine how great it would be with the Busse heat treat.

The Swamp's Waki is an outstanding blade of SR-101, and I think that with Dan's new handle it could still be affordable.
