how does the CW compare in chopping to the SOD?

i would think since the CW is a full tang that it is heavier than the SOD thus making chopping a little more easier. but on the other hand more weight can also slow your momentum on your swings when chopping thus making it harder.

In the daylight I could get a better picture, not in my dimly lit workshop, but there is a very nice hamon under all that coating showing off the differential heat treat. SR101 is fun to work with.
