Actually, my forum name was given to me by Tom (Private Klink), but the horn dog story is true. We laughed about it for years. I don't know why adults so enjoy scaring the heck out of little kids, but it has been going on for years. Tales of the "Bugger Man" and such are ancient. The "Palmetto Monsters" kept my girls from getting too many redbugs when they camped out. You could hear them rattling in the palmettos at night. Of couse, they were really raccoons.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Looks like a pronghorn to me.....that is from seeing a few of both speed goats and deer.

I'd say a brocket deer (I think they are mostly in South America though), or a goat. But those guesses. My real guess is a Demon. lol

I don't think its a deer. I have cut up and off alot of deer heads. My thoughts are that whatever that was had horns not antlers. Looks like a goat to me. I agree... horned not antlered... a goat of some kind... Doc

I found one of those deer skulls in North Georgia back in the 70s. I convinced my young nephew that it was a horn dog skull. We were camping in the National Forest up there some where. We had those kids scared to get out of the tent. Especially when we described the packs of horn dogs that could ravage a whole camp in seconds. The legend of the Horn Dog was born. I mean, it was the '70s and we were not all that lucid much of the time anyway. I actually thought it was a goat skull. Yeah, it could happen. Goats can go wild. Great story! Sounds like something I would have told my kids when they were younger LOL. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
