Awesome work JJ!!! That is a cool forced patina!!!! What did you use? Are there two different vinegars? Thanks. I used Chicago Fire Mustard. It is pretty much just yellow mustard with Tabasco Sauce in it. It is not two type of vinegar. I just did two applications. I put diagonal rows of mustard and let it sit for about an hour, then I put diagonal rows crisscrossing the the first rows and let it sit for another hour. That's it.

Thanks, Sumo. Brought it camping this weekend. We bought a live chicken from a farmer on the way to the Black Forest and it work beautifully as a small game skinner.

That's really cool, I've never liked the M7, just a pointy piece of steel IMO, but that turned out nicely. I think it would make a good neck knife, or a boot blade. I'd probably carry it in my boot, as a JIC knife. I'm paranoid though, I will also have a razor blade under both of my IR flags on my ACUs... you know, JIC. Sounds like you may be a little paranoid, but according to Skunk Hunter, that makes you patriotic I guess. lol, he's right! I do it because I don't want to be the guy who ends up being executed on Afghani television, or steamrolled by a fascist govt.

Fun looking blade! Wish I had the time and patience to do that.
