After over a year, I finally got sheaths for my Waki and my Killa Zilla. Like putting a Tasco on a Kimber, I went el cheapo. While my DFLE and Tramontina machete bask in hand tooled Rainwalker custom glory, these two most expensive blades got just enough to keep me from cutting myself when I handle them.

I left the paint on the handle, pommel, and ricasso of the Waki since my sweat would surely rust the spine. In the sheath, it is stealthy. I got the sheath from AZwelke. But when I draw the sword, its gleaming convexed blade shines!

For the KZ, I took a $2.00 chance and ordered a left over leather Cold Steel Kukri sheath from SMKW. They got these at the Camillus sell-off. It works!

Well, enough messing around. It's 96F and I have a yard to finish.

Awesome that the Kukri sheat fit and azwelke does a nice sheath for good money.

The reason I took so long to get sheaths for these is I wasn't going to be carrying them around much, just on my property. These will suffice. Well, back to the yard work.

The heat got to me. I had to quit for the day. At least I got all the tractor work done. Next is the hand mowing and edging. It's supposed to rain here, but maybe I'll finish before the rain. See what an exciting life retirement is?

Good deal on the sheaths. I need to get a sheath for my Scizzy, a B11, a DFLE, and a couple smaller ones. Lord knows that sheaths are needed. Be careful out in the heat, drink plenty of water.

me waki is still waiting to take another bite out of me. I want more green rainwalker but bills always seem to keep showing up for some reason.

good deal. wonder how the KZ2 would fit in a that sheath. I'm starting to think the KZ2 is a grail knife starring me in the face.

Actually, the KZ2 looks like it would fit the CS Gurkha Kukri sheath. SMKW has those too, for $2.00.

Thanks, Tom. I spent so much money on steel last year, I didn't have the money to sheath them. But these are awesome blades, eh?
