Excellent. I love roasted pig. Its been so long since I have been to a pig roast. Thanks for the pictures, but I have to go now. I'm salivating on my keyboard.

I haven't been to a pig roast in over 10 years. I can almost smell it! Thanks for reminding me how good it is! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Thanks Guys.

LP,

We like to roast over coals because the outside gets crispy.

PK, the carving knife (NMSFNO) did great.

I had an S5LE ready to go too, but the NMSFNO was actually really easy to use for that purpose.

Beverly International's Ultimate Muscle Protein. 80% Casein 20% Whey. Tastes better mixed with room temp tap water than GNC's did with cold milk, PB and chocolate syrup.

The best price I have found is at VitaGlo, free CONUS shipping over $50 and they ship overseas, my buddy in Okinawa gets it from them.

Also check out PB2.

It's perfect, I dump a scoop of UMP in the bottom of my shaker bottle and another in the top with some PB2 and I'm set for the day, just add water.

Isn't that ironic. Pork (read: hog) carved by a Busse. How very poetic, indeed!
