I suspect the Mojos will be a little bit more weight forward in their balance than the S6. The question is whether you want the sexah recurve or not.
Since I don't drink much canned beer I find the built-in bottle opener appealing. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Ditto Kraz and I feel so left out of HD & Dice's beer can killing picture threads. I can't seem to stab a bottle no matter how great Dan makes his blades.

The Becker Combat Utility is only 3/16" thick and already had a false edge. When I put a sharpened swedge on it, I started with 80 grit and worked down to 150, and didn't quite finish polishing yet with 9U. You can see how much more steel I will have to remove on the S6.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

As I am just an old man with a belt sander on the back porch and not a CNC milling machine, you can see the imperfections in my work. The Mojo is probably 1/4" thick, so a lot of steel would have to come off to make it a fighter, too.

I can't seem to stab a bottle no matter how great Dan makes his blades. I stabbed a bottle cap and missed and blunted the DM tip. I steeled it back out. If you are more careful than I, and haven't had too much to drink already, you can punch the penetrator point dead center in the bottle cap and pry it off.

It would be cool at parties. I might just get one as a novelty bottle opener. I have not tried to stab the center with a DM, yet. Come to think of it, no one invites me to parties much anymore. I think it is the horns.

The latest Harbour Freight catalog had HD's belt sander marked down to $32.99. I was eyeballing one just before I saw all the sanding love HD's knives were getting and his pics inspired me even more. I'm only waiting to make a trip down to our local Harbour Freight store to see if they might have it in stock.

Which raises the obvious question. Should an additional 1/4" in blade length plus a recurved blade plus a catch plus a saber grind raise the price of a Mojo by $30.00 over the price of a Scrapper 6? That seems a little excessive to me. But then I don't know that much about making knives. What do you guys think?
maybe more? I'd imagine that the grinding of the blade would be more labor intensive. However, it's just a guess. I'm fairly ignorant of production methods and cost.

Right, 09, thanks. My yoots were just up there last week, my brother, Cmdr Robert Ross, lives there. I have been drinking and grinding:
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
