MCRJ put up a post about getting fresh mushrooms, cutting them up into about half dollard size, wrapping them in bacon the the whole thing in tinfoil and cooking on a grill for about 15 minutes. Sounds Delish!

This is what he said.
Take fresh (or what passes for fresh) around here they are wrapped in a styrofoam tub and covered in saranwrap. Then you take bacon, he said to slice it so it is in half length, then wrap the bacon and put into a 4x4 inch piece of foil and pinch the top shut and slap on the grill or in an oven then enjoy.

Patty and I REALLY like Mushrooms AND Bacon, so we will probably use the whole slice of bacon and depending on how large the mushrooms are MIGHT leave them whole as well. We've got this electric grill, about 8X12 that should work nicely for this purpose.

I'm guessing he probably used Agaricus bisporus mushrooms.
