Mike, pardon me for asking and I AM NOT trying to be nosey but If you don't have a vehicle how do you go on all these photo shoots, busses and then rent a vehicle when you get near where you're going?

Randy, I travel a lot of different ways. Planes, trains, buses, and on foot. But mostly, I get rides: Usually with my protegé, but also with others. I travel a lot with friends, and sometimes I get rides with people who want to shoot with me.

This year had been unseasonably warm. Mt Evans is almost always cool though. Windly and higher altitude.

"Unseasonably warm". Ha! Even when I was staying in Henderson, on the outskirts of Denver, it was like 60s and overcast, with some rain.

Somehow, I just timed my whole trip when everywhere was colder than normal.

Oh Hey Mike, do you take your laptop with you when you go on shoots? The reason I ask is I was reading about apple putting out a really lightweight smaller size laptop.

Generally, no. Usually, I take my laptop over to my ex's house, as I'm leaving for a trip.

I don't exactly think of myself as living clean, though I do avoid drugs – even popular and accepted ones, like coffee.

Personally I thought that a laptop would be weight you could do without but then again I just wasn't sure.

Yes, I'd rather leave the laptop behind, in most cases. So I leave it at my ex's, when I travel.
