Oh and MB, we only have one dispatcher on at a time. 6 telephone lines, 5 E911 lines (our ems handles them unless LE is needed) plus all the walkins and any officers that we might have on duty.

I work with a great bunch of guys, but there are some in the dept that honestly don't belong in this profession. Most of them are just burned out, but still....
