Kydex is neat, there is just something about leather that can't be matched.

I still have some horsehide sheaths cut out but I never finished them. That was from this spring as well.

Guess not. I just don't like Kydex, I've got a couple of them and while they do the job, I much prefer leather.

If you are going to hand carry or just to "toss in the truck", they're great.

LOL, horsehide is a neat material too. I had a horsehide belt once upon a time that I loved. Wouldn't mind having a sheath made out of that.

I do not own a sig. Neither does Dad. I think this winter will be a good time to learn more of the craft. Dad like ornate patterns and I am a simple design guy.
