may sound funny but other than the reputation and availability or parts and accessories glock firearms just aren't attractive to me. I can't knock them but they just don't feel right to me. I love FNH and hope they grow in popularity to achieve glock like status someday.

quite a few on the lost of too get firearms for me. I think I'm well rounded at this point so I'm thinking accessories mainly for 2011. but I still might slip a few in... I'm thinking 10/22 charger or maybe a .357/.38 lever action. The Keltec PMR30 is very top on the impulse buy list and so is a FNX40.

I wouldn't mind getting a .44 mag lever action Marlin, if I could find one at a decent price. I'm pretty well fixed up too, now it's all about what I WANT instead of what I need.

I used to have a Marlin .44 mag lever gun, loved it. But my ex wife talked me into selling it because "we needed the money" Turns out, she needed the money for a habit that she was hiding from me. Grrrrrr. She cost me some VERY nice guns over the 10 years we were together

One of them was a Ruger 44 mag auto carbine. Very nice brush gun. Another was my prized Ruger .357 Mag Redhawk. Not a lot of them made, and mine was great. Heavy gun, but good shooting.

I had a redhawk back in the mid '80s, Yup, HEAVY but a bruiser! Put a gold bead on the front and a V on the back. LOVED that sight setup. I have trouble lining up square sights, I have much better success with a bead and V notch.

I like the big dot express sights that are out now, especially for a self-defense gun. Very quick to line up,they use the rear V sight.

Thought about putting a set on my Glock, but I just had a new set of night sights put on it less than a year ago

May try a set on my Sig P229, I carry it quite a bit too, plus it lives in the nightstand.

My glock 17 has no rear sight! adjustable rear, and broke it off getting it down out of the cabinet here at work. Been in a case ever since. I need to get rid of the plastic on it and install a set of the express sights.
