I finally got around to putting a proper edge on my mud puppy, it is scary how sharp 154 gets, I mean, it will shave hair and you don't even feel it

Morning fellas...
Wow, what a week.
I need to get into the 1911 scene one of these days. Right now...priority is on a NFA Trust, so funds for a pistol are out of the question. Have you guys ever looked at STI, by chance? I hear they are a "great" starter 1911....but have no basis on that....ie: quality parts in the right places, but not custom. Just found out recently that they are in my backyard....thinking about checking them out someday.
