This stuff just augments the metformin I take and as a side benefit, it helps me from getting as hungry. He said a lot of people loose weight while taking it. SOUNDS GOOD TO ME! I am 6ft tall (ok maybe 5ft 11 now) and weighed 287 pounds!

Maybe I should talk to my doc about it LOL. I need to loose some weight bad. I lost about 50 lbs over the summer, but I've put about 10-15 back on.

Wouldn't work. I asked him for some diet pills, he told me that they just made the drug companies richer and didn't really help. Said you might lose some weight, but you'd put it back on as soon as you quit taking the pills. He did sign for me to get gastric bypass surgery, but I can't afford the co-pay. About $2k worth of co-pay <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />
