We keep flannel sheets on year round. Air conditioning keeps it cool enough in the summer so its not too hot, and I keep it cool in the winter too. Usually.

I've got a pretty good first aid kit, and we keep canned food around. Probably my biggest concern would be water, and I've got a good spring at the foot of the hill.

Just found that pack Tom, and you DID get a good deal. But I think it's larger than what I want. We've got a couple other packs, one larger and one smaller than the one I got and IF we ever need to one of them would work for Patty. She would want to but couldn't carry to much, but enough to get us to where we need to go to.
