Hey, even a rainy day on vacation beats a sunny day at work!

I CAN fish in the rain! I've done it before, and I'll probably do it again...

That's just what I was thinking. I remember fishing in HEAVY rain. Just stick your pole out the window!

I've got a pretty good rainsuit.

I've used ponchos, trash bags and a tarp before as well.

Back when I bass fished a lot, I kept a rainsuit in the boat. Seems like I had to use it pretty regularly.

HAha, a rain suit in a boat. How about a sump pump!

That's a given. Worst storm I ever got in was at Lake West Point, Alabama. Got caught out on the lake in a downpour that wouldn't quit. Had to pull up under a bridge to wait it out. I definately needed the sump pump that day.

Haha, I would imagine a lot of folks would have a story similar to that.

That's the day the airplane crashed in front of us. We were fishing and a sea plane was doing landing and take off practice. He came in a little steep and caught the front edge of his float, pinwheeled across the cove right in front of us. He walked away, believe it or not. I'd say it was his day.
