I haven't found a better way to give yourself the edge in an interview with a bigwig. When I introduce myself as Sgt. Peace to a general I am reminding myself I have on bad-[censored] underwear and he is probably wearing tightie whities. Gives me a feeling of having the edge.

I was looking at your new 3/4 pictures again and I can't believe the (at least to me) true to life colors. Did you get them to come out that way or tweak them somehow?

The only post production I did to them was resize them. I usually do color corrections, but since that was sort of a test/review of the camera, I left them untouched.

Well they really turned out nice.

I used to shoot a little under exposed to make sure I get good color and didn't clip the highlights.

This camera makes it easy to handle this without losing details in the shadows. The live histogram is something that should be on every camera.

Most cameras only show you the histogram after you capture the image. Being able to see the histogram beforehand is a big deal to me, since I use the histogram religiously. Just because the cameras meter shows the photo will have "proper exposure," doesn't mean the the shadows and highlights will be any good.

OK, so you use that as a guide and either increase/decrease the F stop or shutter speed?

Yes. I try to avoid letting the shadows touch the left of the scale and the highlights from touching the right side, unless I am trying to make a pure silhouette or even blowout a background to make the picture more "airy."

Uh OK. Guess this is one of these things you either gotta be taught or learn how to "Read" yourself.
