Hydro figured that what saved him was that he had wrapped the powerwasher hose around the basket on the lift.
The hose was leaking, the hose was also basically running along a now disused railway track.
There were multiple burn marks were the hose was resting on the metal track.
3 quarter sized holes were burned through the top rail of the basket, 2 where the high voltage line touched and one where the hose touched.
If the voltage had gone through the machine he would have died
