Its just been crazy. A full board all shift. I spend the majority of the shift shagging calls to try and help my guys instead of supervising. Its kind of nice.

I usually spend several hours in the office with admin stuff then I hit the hot calls to make sure things go smoothly and back up my troops. Lately its been everyone shagging hot calls. Its funy to see the expression on peoples faces when they see LT's and Sgts answering calls and taking paper.
