We got an elect grill last summer and really like it. Just turn it on and let it heat up then throw on your Flesh of choice and heat to a warm pink (NOT runny) middle, remove and CHOW DOWN!

my mom used to have an electric grill ... I loved that thing... wonder what ever happened to it...

medium rare bone in ribeye... my favorite... next to my specialty of course... prime rib... basically the same meat.. just a different cut

its a cut in between the baby back ribs and a full cut rib... its just missing the fatty end.. i am sure there are other terms for it...

Ours is just about right for us, it will hold 5 large pork steaks, 6 if you don't mind crowding.

here's a little secret... if you want jaw dropping bbq ribs... grill them first, and just before they are done... put them in a pressure cooker with your fav bbqsauce, a half can of beer (any kind) a little hot sauce, some Worcestershire, and a little hint of ketchup... pressure up for just a few minutes.. back it off... enjoy...

I like mine on sauerkraut... with applesauce and white beans on the side

i am laying off the bbq these days and am only using italian dressing to cook with on my ribs
