Guys,
Have any of you seen the new 8 shot .357 S&W 'entry' revolver? There is an article on it in this month's SWAT magazine.
Me likes it a lot. Saw one the other day at the store. Unfortunately, much like a small bird, new things attract my attention.
It is a nice alternative to an auto, for a house gun.
it has moved into the running for my next acquisition.

Last I saw they were pretty pricey.

Something about revolvers that's just cool. I have a few and I enjoy shooting them.

I like it. I have a 686+ seven shooter. This one is one better! I have an 8 shot J frame AirLite in .22 LR. I like revolvers. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

For Decades i felt like a small bird in a big gun store.. all manner of shiny (and not so shiny) things would immediately deplete my wallet.

Thru the years though i've learned to control the "urge".. to resist temptation against the "flavor of the month".. and to only acquire guns that i would KEEP and USE.. instead of just sit in my gun room waiting to be sold in a few months at a loss.

I have never seen a revolver with a surefire light on it, that dose sound sweet.

It is a beautiful pistol I especially like the coating but I hate all the stuff attached to it. I would much prefer a nice set of iron sights and a nice LED headlamp. That way you don't have to aim your gun at anything you want to put light on. I love revolvers though.

I'll have to agree with Unsub on the revolver with the sight and the light. The gun is just not going to handle right with all that stuff on it. It is butt ugly, too. I like the one in the first photo. But that is just my taste, and I am kind of conservative about how revolvers should look and feel. Why not just practice with a tactical light that you can use with any pistol?

Just fyi I have had several people say the one from the performance center light strikes the primes. In other word it doesn't go off all the time. This is bad for a revolver. They must have made the trigger too light. Hope they fix it cause I like the idea and concept.
