Hi Ted,

We always love a good prayer. Your Mom is receiving prayers as I write. I have a group of Pastors and friend who e-mail prayer lists all around the world.
Be nice to have her full name, but Ted W's Mom in California is good too.
My sister Peggy had a radical mastectomy about 20 years ago now. She had so many cancerous lobes under her arm and in her breast it was her only choice.
I sat with her through her Chemo and like I said the end result is Cancer is now a curable disease. She still smokes two and a half packs a day as she has done for the last forty years! I love my sister but she is a bit of a nut! How much better is treatment since the invention of computers and new medicines and treatments in the last Twenty years?

Light years!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Chin up my friend, chances are it is just Baker Cysts. They grow radical throughout the body. And nothing to even remove! Pray like we will and only think positive thoughts. It will all be OK Ted. God loves good people like you and therefore your Mom who raised you with her love and values too!
We love you and pray for her. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Peace.

Good luck, Ted. My high school sweetheart just had a lumpectomy and is currently undergoing chemo. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> I pray your mother doesn't have to face that. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
i know toooo much about this situation

my mom had the same thing(lumpectomy) but she had radiation...

much better than chemo..

my dad had chemo for 2.5 years. he had isolated single cell carcinoma(sp?)

both are doing great...its scary @ first but you gotta stay strong...

the chemo is bad [censored] <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
