I agree with your ranking there Randy, but if I was going to the military for the living conditions I'd have to be in a much worse position than I am now.

I was in Air Force ROTC in College and when I flunked out the AF just seemed a logical choice, one that lasted 20 years, 1 month and 16 days (that's my DD214 says). <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I just did a little more research, I could do NROTC at Georgia Tech (My first choice for college) and I'd be commissioned as a second lieutenant. Doesn't seem like a bad gig.

I've decided that I'll either go to college then enlist and work my way up to a Sergeant or I'll do NROTC as a Marine option and go from there.
