No, come to think of it. But I've been out of pocket all weekend myself. My new place doesn't have internet or cable yet, and my phone won't pick up good enough to get on the internet with it.

I've worked in automotive electronics, automotive mechanical repair, auto detailing, all aspects of construction, home theater and low voltage home automation, cable and networking, and now security. Kinda looks odd with all the other jobs huh.

Bummer. About all Patty and I do now is mess with the computers.

I made better than $40k/year most of my 10 years there. Not a lot of time off, but I was doing ok. Plus my wife was working at the post office making good money there too.
Had a new Trans Am, new Harley Sportster, fairly new pickup truck, bass boat, and a fairly nice house.

Got laid off, my ex-wife left and took her nice salary with her. I lost everything I owned, except for the truck that I had paid off. Still have it, 12 years later.

Guess as you said you are just looking for that one job that interests you and that you like.

Man's gotta eat. Sometimes it takes doing something else than what you're used to, but that's the breaks.

You've had some hard knocks, but you're still tickin! That says something for you.

There have been times it would have been easy to lay down and quit. But I had the kids, so it wasn't just me.

At least you HAVE worked KN. That's more than a lot of freeloaders can say.
