I do my best to eat right, less processed crap and all that, there's a few instances where you can get forced into eating the junk food, but if I can avoid it, I do at all costs.

Wish I could follow a diet like that. My problem is lack of time. It's just so much quicker to eat on the run, even knowing it's bad for you.

Definitely. I also do a lot of camping and hiking and you can't really pack a meal for that drive back, so if you get hungry on the way out you are almost forced to eat the terrible stuff.

Since I have no cable or satelitte tv right now, I need to get my DVD's out and watch them. See just what I've forgotten.

Also the fact that our society is set up to eliminate walking. It's almost impossible to walk or ride a bike in an American city. If you're in Europe it's almost the opposite.

A good start is to watch "Who Killed the Electric Car" and "The World According to Monsanto".

I haven't see either of those, I'll watch them when I get a chance. I've got the paper wrapped up (couple more sentences here) so no need for that.
