Well you have a lot on your plate right now Todd.

We're talking some, but this has been tough on both of us. Still not sure if we'll get back together or not, but at least we're talking.

I hate to admit it, but I'm almost enjoying the bachelor life for the time being. Almost.

I understand what you're saying, but part of it at least is the removal of some stress and the ability to do or not do as you want, when you want.

That's a lot of it. There have been some lonely times, I'll admit. But that was more self-imposed than anything.

I'm going to a cookout with friends this Saturday night, which should help somewhat. I've also got a lunch date with an old friend Friday. We used to do that pretty regular, but time happens...

This is the first time I've been 100% on my own. I've always lived with someone, or been married to someone. It's an enlightening experience, that's for sure.

Yeah time DOES happen. Things change in our lives and we all go our separate ways, sometimes without really realizing it. Then something will happen to make us say "Wow", how did I let that happen.

Ain't that the truth! I'm still trying to figure out where the last 20 years have gone.

We often times think that we MUST leave our past lives IN THE PAST and start over because our worldly focus has changed from Me to WE. Yes, some thing must needs to change, but not everything.

Last Friday was my daughter's 19th birthday, and I can't figure out what happened to the years.
