BTW, your welcome. Speaking of sharpening, looks like I'll be doing some upgrade edges for a large kitchen knife dealer. Just got the word the other day and am pretty excited. Thats awesome man! So is an upgrade a reprofiled edge?

We will be out of town all day tomorrow until about 1600 central time so I won't be able to pass along any updates.
Also evidently the new girls have been watching a lot of videos and movies and also talking/texting on the cell phones while at work and are missing calls.
The Sheriff has said NO MORE OF THAT! That the work computers are just that, work computers. So my posting at night might be coming to a screeching halt, at least for a while. I will keep Y'all up to date as much as I can. Well, I can't do much from NM but offer thoughts or prayers. Just keep yourself safe. Good to know your OK.

It starts out like like most knives with its factory edge then the customer has the option for a professional edge, that's where I come in.
