Rotary tool and sand paper. Sounds similar to wood. It is similar to a hard wood. You need to use very high speeds and a fine cutting disc though to keep it from splintering when cutting. Sanding is basically the same as wood.

The splintering occurs when the cutting device is moving slow enough to start pulling the CF apart rather than cutting?
