Wow ,I Just placed my order on Saturday and the Guard already arrived today. I now have 2 SYKCO blades a Yard Guard and a Scrapper 6 and hopefully alot more to come. I missed out on the Mutts and the DF but I'm not gonna let that happen again.
So anyone else get their Guards or Hooks today if so let's see those pix. I Will post pix as soon as I get home tonight. Good News Welcome to the Yard Dumpster Dan

Tomorrow I'm going to try and take it out for some abuse and see what happens. Thanks to everyone for welcoming me to the yard. The Yard Guard fits in my RD7 sheath. I could make the Yard Hook fit with a small mod.

I have a spare RD6 sheath waiting for my Hook - what do you need to mod so that it works? My Guard fit fine in my RD6 sheath, only minor problem was that the plastic insert inside the sheath was closed up a little too tight for the Guard and wanted to come out of the sheath when I drew the knife. I used a little hot glue and glued the insert inside the sheath and now it's fine.

I have a spare RD6 sheath waiting for my Hook - what do you need to mod so that it works? The hook makes the blade wider than the plastic insert. A notch could be cut on one of the narrow edges that would allow the hook to pass further down.
