Was Patti able to give you a tracking number? I am able to track USPS mail in Canada using canada post's website. Maybe you can do the same with your national mail service.

No, I wasn't given a tracking number. I didn't buy it through the check out system, I bought it through emails with Patti, then Paypal.

Sometime during April I sent an email to Patti because the DF was still no show and she said it was somehow returned to her, and that she'll ship it out with my DM purchase. Returned, I think meaning it was left in the post office and no one went to pick it up, so it was returned back to the U.S.

I check my mailbox every week day... how could I of miss the "sorry, we missed you" note?

When I got my DM shipping confirmation, I received a separate email from Patti saying she was sorry she forgot to ship the returned DF with the DMs and that it'd be instead ship out the day after. Fair enough.

The DM's rock up on the 23rd of April <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> and I was expecting the DF at long last, a day or two after it. Tis the 3rd of May, still no DF... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> Wrote a email to Patti 2 days ago about this, she said she'll check with the shipping dept. Still waiting on news for the whereabouts of my DF...

Sorry for the rant dogs, this is extremely frustrating

That does suck BigOcean. At least you have an idea where it is though. I thought at first it was off in never never land since february! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

I think Patti has been really busy with the yard blades and you should have a response soon!

I can imagine how you feel BigO, but let me tell you from experience after you get it (I waited like 4 months till I figured out the system) your gonna luv it and forget the long wait, it is truly worth it bro...

it's kinda funny, every now and then we get someone (not u BigO) who hasn't gotten their SYKCO for what ever reason and they are pretty upset and post what their feeling. Many dawgs have tried to sooth them over and give them advice and support but some never come back, their big big loss! Every company has it's system and ways and once you figure it out your in the steel and one of dawgs...

The DF was what attracted me to the yard, but even without it I'd still be a SYK customer and hang out here in the yard! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

WhichDawg... Yeah very true! The other bloke who wanted a S6 badly comes to mind, didn't like the system and asked for his acc to be delete... one or two days later the S6 were re-announced...

Any word bigocean? I was going through my email and I have an unanswered one to Patti dated from last weekend (saturday i think). So I figure she must be really busy! They must of had a ton of orders for the yard guard and hook! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
