One good thing has come of me being stuck here.
I got to see a friend whom I thought I would never see again. She had to return to Romania to take care of her dying mother. Now that that episode of her life is behind her, she returned to Germany and hunted me down.
Was nice having a beer with a friend last night. Sure beat watching the DVD collection of season one of the Fringe n the hotel room for a second night in a row.
It doesn't hurt that she is drop dead, punch your momma beautiful either.
