This summer has been wet and hot (yes I´m talking about the weather conditions) and it´s great for mosquitos -> painful for the people.

With luck the federal government has promised to scrap the long gun registry this fall.

We are going the opposite way. Now if you want a licence for a gun you´ll have to make a psychological test (hundreds of questions), you´ll have to have a paper from a doctor that you are not crazy (if you want a handgun), you´ll have to have a reason for what you want to buy a gun (they don´t always understand for what you need another o/u shotgun for example), then you´ll have to have papers from classified firearms instructor that you are active shooter (when you have a licence and you want to keep it) or if you are a hunter a paper from an hunters assosiation....
AND ALL THIS IS NOT MAKING FINLAND ANY MORE SAFE!

Timo, MOST gun laws only accomplish taking or keeping guns out of the hands of LAW ABIDING citizens and does NOTHING to keep them from criminals.

Yes, that is true, even if they were to stop making guns, individuals would continue or there would be something to take over for them. Probably Umbrellas!
