I used to let the tentacles flop around outside my mouth before I ate them!
Another dish I liked is they would take an eggplant (long and skinny) and flatten it out then fry it in a skillet on one side. Then they would turn it over and pour a mixture of eggs and hamburger on it and fry that until the hamburger was done. Most of the time they would fry the hamburger separate and mix it with the egg just before pouring it over the eggplant.
