I finally got around to finishing up my FAL this morning. Took it out and test fired it with the new 16" cut barrel. It worked quite well. I had the reciever cut for a para stock in the event I get a wild hair. Imbel reciever, Penguin furniture Duracoated black. It's hanging out with my Mutt.

Also took the 870 out to test fire some new Buckshot my LE friend gave me. It's Federal Premium Law Enforcement 00 Buck with the "flitecontrol" wad. This stuff patterns tighter than any buckshot I have ever used. It's great stuff with a muzzle velocity of 1145 fps. If you get a chance to pick some of this ammo up, do it.

Good looking FAL and Rem Jeeps. That cut barrel on the FAL really cleans up the lines IMO. FALs usually look kinda off balance with the long barrels. At least to me.

Love the snub-nose FAL. Isn't there a US Company that sells FN style rifes? I have been seriously looking to get either an M1A or an FN FAL.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I didn't need to see that. They even have special CA legal models. My wallet is saying "OUCH!!"

If all goes well im gonna have to build one of those next. I like the idea of using striper clips.
