after i had ordered a couple hundred feet of para cord i wish i had included regular blue. blue and navy woulda made a really nice lanyard together.

I think I might do black and OD on the RD7. It needs to stay somewhat tactical so that I can take it with me when I go play Army. My BATAC is going to be green w/ black grips too.

Chris - have you put any thought in to a BATAC sheath yet? I'm trying to decide who to go with. I want something that is Molle compatable, but that I can still wear on a belt in civies - and I think I want Kydex... Okuden? I'd have LF do one up, but I don't want to send it off, and I don't think he's done much with Molle yet. I am expecting 2 DM sheaths from him SOON I hope <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I had sent an email to armorall way back when I put the order in. not sure if that is still in the works or not. I was hoping they would get a pattern blade fairly quick as a busse approved sheath maker as I wanted to have a sheath for my brother's knife before he heads back over the pond.

And Mag - you do some nice work w/ the paracord. Its such a pain in the @$$!! I thought I was going to get carpel tunnel today from trying a few different wraps on one knife... I got a pretty good one on there now. I have 2 spots where I reversed the order of the "cross" and it jacks up the pattern - no biggie though. I'll fix it next time!

Do you think my order will still be ok, since I just did it today? It seems like the regular Busse Combat site isn't as up to date as the Company Store... I did get an email with my order number and all of that. I should have gotten one months ago, but after seeing the SS, I decided that I'd rather have a BATAC. It just seems like they'd be done making them since the new model has been announced, and I was just concerned that Jerry had just forgotten to remove the Badger from the other site!

The company store is separate and lists blades that the BCS has in stock. The busse site sells upcoming blade and in production blades. You are safe! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I ordered one on the 27th without issue and confirmed it by Amy. As long as it is on the BCKC site i would think you are safe.
