I remember you saying that. Last year (in november) somehow the gas bill payment never got to them. I called them and told them I didn't remember if I paid it or not and they said "no sweat" it will just be added on to the next months bill with no penalty (and there was none!). Anyway, in June I was checking our bank account and a check that was WAY out of sinc showed up. Went to the bank and yup, it was the Nov check, 8 MONTHS LATE! I called them and the lady said WOW, I don't know what happened but we credited your account for that amount. Didn't have to pay a gas bill for 2 months and a reduced one the third!
