The one that is on there is adjustable

You're pretty locked into that length then. You can get a "slip on" recoil pad that adds about 1".

The recoil pad is usually $15-20. I have one on a VLTOR stock.

SP - I'd be pink and giddy if I have an INFI S5. That's a grail level blade IMHO.
