Our night has been boring tonight, probably less than 20 calls, instead of the usual 40-50 we usually get. Worst part of the night has been talking to the drunk guy that gets bored and calls in to chit-chat. He's lonesome and doesn't realize that we haven't got time to be on the phone with him for 15-20 min at a time.
