I truly hate going to the doctor. Yesterday was one of the longest trips I have had........an all day affair with giving blood, tests, pokes and prods. Arghh, the amount that I spent there I could have got 3 Scrpivores and that was just my co-pays.

Funny how Obama and the Democrats are now talking about compromise and working with the new Republican house to change things. Why did they not do that in the beginning?

Patty turned ours on for a few minutes last week. We've just set it on about 64 and left it. It's came on oh maybe 3-5 times since Tuesday (that we know of) I slept with the windows open last night. It wasn't until this morning I realized it was NOVEMBER!! I was about 69 when I got up. So far our fall is pretty mild this year. It's about mid 80's here, but that is supposed to change next week when we drop to the mid 60's.

It got to freezing level last night and the color of the leaves are starting to change a bit. I am hoping to make it out tomorrow or sunday and enjoy it.
