The runs do get messy WhichDawg. I think I did mutt to jyd inside a 72hr period.

I was stationed in Korea w/ the Army, and she was working in a food court at a Disney Land kind of place called "Lotte World." She's caucasian, I assumed she was Canadian (lotso f them over there!), and struck up conversation. And, I was drunk. Anyways, we started dating after that, and one thing led to another. Got married. Jordan was born there about 2 years after that. Been back in the USA for about a year now.

wow that's so kooooool! I can imagine that she met a ton of stationed guys, nothing against you, but I wonder what made her pick you? I mean what makes them tick and pick??? crazy to me lol

Actually, she hadn't met ANY military guys. I had a buddy who is now married to this Korean girl that he was dating at the time - we would always get way away from the places where most of the GI's went and explore Korea - often times we were technically AWOL because of the distances we went from post (and for not being back in by curfew, etc.) She had a car, so we could go aaaanywhere we wanted. The beach was a frequent stop.

that's great, my brother was in Vietnam and he said he'd do the same thing, go places where others didn't, he said it was great!

It was quite the experience. I was there for almost three years and had a blast. I still stay in touch with the guys that I was stationed there with - even a couple of the Korean guys I served with and I maintain contact.
