We were at a local flea market and found a rice cookbook.

"Between the Levees, A collection of Mississippi Delta Rice Recipes"! Put together by the Delta Rice Promotions in cleveland Mississippi in 1994! 220 pages of rice dishes, all kinds of rice dishes.

That does sound like a good find. Speaking of rice dishes I had some delicious rice with chicken and several other things in it today at the wrestling tournament. I left my number with the ladies that were running the hospitality room for the person who made it--that is how much I liked it.

Well the thing is that the recipes in this book, it's mostly the kind of food us normal (ok, YOU normal) people would eat!

But no cous cous with goat eyeballs though!

I am so tired tonight. Wed was the only night this week that I have been home before 10:30, and we have been wrestling pretty much every evening and weekend. I am bushed, have practice tomorrow and on monday (MLK Day) so a little down time but then we wrestle t, th, fri, sat, t, th, friday and sat. We are in the long haul of the season. Why is the season harder on me now than it was when I was competing LOL.

So, other than being wore out how are you and your wife doing?

Pretty good. Still have not got to take a pic of the Tali or the RMDLE that I got. Wonder what special will be offered at the ganzaa? We will be wrestling that night so if there is not an idea before hand I will be SOL and up the creek so to speak.

SO how have you and the Mrs.s been doing? Make it through the rough weather ok?

Hey, if you got A tali-Wacker, you don't need anything from the Ganzaa. You ALREADY got a prize. I know a kid in the Army that was shot in Iraq back about 5 years ago. They thought he wasn't going to live, flew his family over to Germany and everything, but he DID live and is now back stateside.
