Fruit Cake Central (West Hollywood) is about 25 due west of here. Speaking of fruit cake, I have always wanted to try the original fruit cake made by Trappist monks in some country far away (I forget where exactly). Supposed to be spiced and spiked just right...

WT = Warren Thomas. Notable for his Ti blades w/ carbide edge and carbon fiber handles. I used to have a Benchmade edged in Ti w/ carbide edge. Rough action, blade did not hold an edge, difficult to sharpen, but useful for cutting live electrical lines...

West Hollywood. Haha, Actually I thought it was San Francisco, or maybe, probably instead it's Berkley!

I cant stop thinking about a hog muk with some green g10 handles... I think somebody at Busse read my request.
it's way bad that I'm not able to swing the funds right now. Im seriously thinking about ways to fund the purchase. i think come monday morning I will be putting some pressure on a slow moving client. I almost hate to do it but they are dragging along anyways which is the main reason I'm too far behind.

It would just take too much out of my cash that I've saved toward June. Still going to be going on a shoestring, even IF I get to go. Looked forward to it all year, and now that it's getting close I'm starting to worry.

I'm neutral on fruitcake. Usually way too sweet. But those monks have some publicity machine going with their version of it...I gotta try it...

I'm hoping I can find a way to roll blade into a business trip. if I can spin it as blade on the way to business that would be great and hopefully trip covered. If can swing it as a trip to blade and handle business on the side I'd still be doing good. either way I'm working on my reasons to be in the area.

I was told fruitcake was it was more for decoration and I was happy to leave them as that for years. one day I was introduced to a fruitcake that was made to be eaten and I recall eating quite a bit of it.

We need some major Felon to get picked up in early to mid May that way I might be able to con the Sheriff into let me tag along as an additional guard.
