Done with my morning run. I am glad to be back running. I tore my knee up pretty well a few weeks ago. Its still a bit sore but I am able to jog without much pain.

Done with my morning run. I am glad to be back running. I tore my knee up pretty well a few weeks ago. Its still a bit sore but I am able to jog without much pain. I had a minor tear in my MCL from Hockey and It started healing FASTER when I started running???? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

I don't think I tore anything. At least I hope not. Started out with pain directly below my kneecap and that went away started runnign again and then with no other injury it started hurting to the top above my kneecap.
So I took it easy for a few days and ran this morning. No problems so far. But just running on a treadmill. No hills or stairs etc just yet.I was wanting to hit some trails up this week but I want to give it another week or so before hitting too much too soon.
