It took some adjustment for sure but I guess its like anything else and with time you get used to it. I've been on nights for 1 1/2 years and I'm beginning to think not getting enough sun is part of the problem, I'm tired a lot and don't really want to say depressed but it kinda feels that way sometimes.
Do you do anything to counter the affects of not getting enough sun or being on a un-natual sleep schedule?

And even though we're secured here, I have had to grab a TASER and go out in the parking lot to break up a domestic out there. I'm not afraid to roll around in the mud, but it's not what I get paid for.

Haha, we don't have either one here. The main entrance is about 10 feet from where I set and the "Window" is just a simple tempered sliding glass panel that I can lean over and touch while I am setting here typing.

Good morning, fellas. The weather has turned for the better around here and is perfect for me to start riding my bicycle to work almost every day (I am not riding in the rain). Sadly, I am not as ready for the bike riding. I had to take a breather at the top of the hill. ![[Linked Image from i1008.photobucket.com]](http://i1008.photobucket.com/albums/af208/mediaperture/CWP30493.jpg) I can run all day, but those pedal pushing muscles need some conditioning.

KN, that comes with the territory, at least to a point. I usually start my "Day" at 2230, eat, get ready for work and get here about 2345-2350. Work until 0800, home by about 0830 and stay up until about 1500. That is my day and I still have trouble quite a lot even after all this time.

Our walls are even Kevlar and copper reinforced. It's about as secure as you can make it in here without having an armed guard at the door.

JJ looks great - know what you mean about the bike muscles. They certainly need development after a long break!

Nice bike JJ, I had a similar setup in Japan, except mine was custome built Panasonic (custom built as in I sat on a Measurement mockup and they built the bike to fit me). Paid about a grand for it but man was It nice. NO WAY am I riding a bike around here, folks are not used to it. I see you live in Grape country! Free snacks on the way to and from work! haha

I go to bed as soon as I get home, and sleep till about noon. Then I'm up, go to the gym, pick up the boy from school, then home until I leave for work at 1700.

It is funny, because when the grapes are ripe, the plants near the path or suspiciously light on the fruit bearing front. All the bunches of grapes are missing half or so. There is a sign next to most of the vineyards saying "don't eat my livelyhood." There are others that say "enjoy my grapes, but don't get greedy." Amazingly, people respect the signs.

I did that for a couple years, until Patty and I got hooked up, then I changed as there were things we wanted to do during the day.
