I just learned today essential fatty acids are needed for cellular oxygenation.

If your dedicated you can drop 15 lbs and decrease your run time pretty fast. Portion control. Calories in vs calories expended. Get a deficit going without trashing your lean muscle and you are golden.

I just learned today essential fatty acids are needed for cellular oxygenation. i learned that last month from our MFT, turns out we have to have animal fats (in moderation) to work properly. I'll see if I can't get a copy of his College dissertation on the Native American Indian tribes and how thier diet and methods of living produced healtier individuals than the "civilized" colonists. I'd like to read it, from what he's told me about it, and I could probably scan it for the yard too.
