I buy bulk fish oil from Puritan's Pride. i was taking flax seed oil... fish oil made me feel greasy all the time... well more greasy than usual... heh heh

I dunno...my wife did all the research. My understanding is that fish oil is ultimately way better for your heart, brain, and overall recovery/health. 'Sides, a little extra greazy feelin' never hurt nobody!;)

I also take flax oil and cod liver oil. don't see how you can do it... the flax was enough for me...but then again, that may be one of the many reasons i carry around too much weight... i eat poorly..
