I watched one that I DVR'ed and it wasn't bad, its like being in the officers shoes you just get a different feel when watching.
One female officer made a big mistake with a large drunk male though. The guy took off and she chased, when she caught up he turned and came at her. She drew her tazer and fired but thick clothing prevented any affect, they were close at that point and as the guy got tripped up and went to the ground he grabbed the tazer out of the officers hand. She drew her gun and I thought the guy was toast but back-up arrived and shot him with another tazer (that didn't work) before jumping on him and putting him in cuffs.
The street stuff was okay but the SWAT raids were cool.
