Thats the beauty of rolling your own. All of mine you can switch the tec lok to either side. I don't always want a blade on my strong side.

I do not have a knife on the plate carrrier. I always have a folder in my pocket so I have something and I also keep a backpack with the rest of my gear with an SRK in it if I should need a fixed blade.
