I hear you about the sleep, I only sleep 8 hours on the two nights I am home. Well SOMETIMES I get 8 hours sleep. Most of the time I'm lucky to get even 7. I average about 5 hours a day when I'm working. When I'm off I go to bed about midnight and wake up....whenever. Usually by 0800, but sometimes as late as 1000.

Have you ever heard of those little mini pizza like things on party bread (about 2 inch thin bread. It's made with cheese, hamburger, ketchup and oregano.

Todd, sometimes our bodies just get the rest they need and we don't have a thing to say about it. True enough. I've always went on less sleep than most people, but when I crash, I CRASH!

Sunday nights when I finally DO get to bed I am gone till about 0800. I was up from 1100 Thursday morning to 2130 Friday night. I was too tired to sleep once I laid down, plus a lot on my mind too. I don't see how you do it every Sunday.

In the oven for a little bit and they can kill your pizza craving for a while.

Add some roasted garlic:
Enough olive oil in a sauce pan to be able to cover a clove of garlic.
Heat the oil until it almost smokes (make sure it doesn't smoke though, its bad for you.)
Add as many peeled cloves of garlic as you can find/will fit.
Fry until evenly browned up and caramelized all over.
I can eat these right out of the pan with a little salt and pepper on.

Well, any kind of fresh herb really makes stuff better <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I'm fond of basil and rosemary myself. I always plant a couple basil plants in the spring, and we have a rosemary bush beside the back porch.
