well my parents have a little over 1 acre of woodland on manitoulin island, the only structure for living is a 12 foot by 14 foot single room building with propane heater fridge and stove, we have a few working lights powered by solar pannels. just enough space to eat and sleep, most of your time awake is spent outdoors, no running water either. My father is now retired and spends almost all summer up there.

i hope my buy brown kydex shows up for my war dogs before then

You are going to love that sheath. I got a tan Buy Brown Kydex w/tec-loc for my WarDog. It so nice. I have been meaning to take some pics and post them.

What color did you get?

i picked up a od green one, i figured it works with both black and tan handles nicely

I checked the facts just for fun once: if I visited Blade 2012 it would cost me about 1700$ (flights & three nights in hotel) + eating + knives + beer...

Yeah thats the color I was wanting but at the time he only had black and tan, So I went with the tan and was very happy the way it turned out. So I am sporting a tan handle WarDog with a tan BB kydex.

I have a ton of hammocks. I have always kept the small net/mesh pocket hammocks until I found the compact parachute hammocks. But I still have some of the mesh ones tucked away in differnt vehicles. You never know when you might want a nap on the trail. Plus the net ones make a decent field expedient fish net.

That was 1700$ for the hotel and flights. The others I ment with "+" markings were additional.
